Our quality assurance and training teams inspected facilities and verified the organic certifications. Our marketing team met the villagers and documented the journey in writings, in photos and on video. Even our most senior executives, including our President, have made the trip to the Chiapas region in order to understand the people and the process behind this very unique coffee.
