Teams of Coco’s employees have made several visits to the Chiapas coffee region. Our culinary team toured the region and learned the coffee process. Our quality assurance and training teams inspected facilities and verified the organic certifications. Our marketing team met the villagers and documented the journey in writings, in photos and on video.
